How it works

You need to integrate your WhatsApp Business with Pi-Square. Once you do that

  1. You add items to be recommended in Pi-Square app.
  2. A customer sends an order request on WhatsApp.
  3. Pi-Square reads the order context and recommends relevant items on your behalf.
  4. The customer can reply in the same WhatsApp chat to add recommended items.
  5. Your existing order flow continues without any change for the customer.

Seller control

You stay in control of the recommendation list. Only eligible items from your configured catalog or item list are used for recommendations.

You only need to manage items for upsell. There is no need to upload your entire catalog as customers cannot see your catalog in WhatsApp link mode.

You can use WhatsApp upsell with any link mode, just that it is easier to start with WhatsApp link mode as it requires minimal work on your part.
